Great hotel, great location, we were within walking distance of both the old town and the Shuk Mahaneh Yehuda. The room is spacious, fully corresponds to the photo on the hotel page. Our room was on the 6th floor, so we didn't hear any noise from the street. The room is quiet, very clean, with incredibly comfortable bed, the air conditioning system worked very well, there is a tea set (kettle, cups, coffee, tea, sugar, sugar substitute, creamer). The bathroom was also pleasing - powerful water pressure, sufficient number of towels, very high-quality mini cosmetics - now I want to find and buy one for my home. We had a special pleasure from the breakfast - a diverse selection of dishes for every taste, delicious coffee, everything is very tasty and fresh, the employees constantly make sure that everything is available. Thanks to the staff at the reception - they answered to inquiries and questions quickly and professionally. We are very pleased that we've chosen this hotel for our trip to Jerusalem, without a doubt we will stay again.

The location is amazing. A lovely area and a walking distance to many places. The public transportation is also close and fast. The staff is super nice and highly attentive. There was a problem with the fire detector which turned on very early in the morning around 6am which disrupted my sleep. Breakfast was ok, with just a few vegan options without vegan cheese or other vegan spreads such tehini or pesto.

The hotel is not a luxury hotel but it is really comfortable, clean, close to almost everything, and they have a great breakfast.
